
Pixel pitch — the distance in millimetres between one LED cluster and the next — determines how close a viewer can stand before the image resolves into a smooth picture instead of visible dots. Get it wrong and you've either overpaid for resolution nobody will appreciate, or installed a wall that looks pixelated from where people actually stand.
Rule of thumb: minimum viewing distance (in metres) ≈ pixel pitch (in mm) ÷ 2. A 2.5 mm pitch reads cleanly from about 2.5 m back.
P1.86 — ultra-fine pitch, indoor only
Built for boardrooms, broadcast studios, control rooms, and flagship retail where the screen is close enough to be part of the architecture, not just a sign viewed across a room. At this pitch the display stops looking like "a screen" and starts looking like a window.

P2.5 — the commercial workhorse
The most common indoor choice for retail showrooms, hotel lobbies, hospitality venues, and stadium concourses — anywhere the wall runs long hours and needs to look sharp from a few metres back without the ultra-fine-pitch price premium.

P4 — outdoor, high-brightness
Weatherproof, IP67-rated cabinets built to stay legible in direct sunlight and survive monsoon conditions. This is the pitch for building facades, OOH hoardings, and any installation where viewers are further back — 4 m or more — and brightness matters more than fine detail.

What we actually ask before recommending a pitch

- What's the content — text-heavy dashboards need finer pitch than branding loops
