Die-cast aluminium cabinets
Rental panels are typically built from die-cast aluminium rather than the sheet-steel cabinets used in permanent walls — lighter for transport and rigging, but strong enough for repeated handling without warping or seam misalignment.
Fast-lock corners
The defining feature of rental-grade cabinets: tool-free locking mechanisms at each corner let crews assemble a wall of dozens of panels in hours, not days — and strike it just as fast after the event. Seams lock flush, keeping the image continuous across the whole array.
Fly-flat rigging
Rental cabinets are designed to hang from truss systems as well as stack on ground support — which is why the same panels serve as a flown stage backdrop one week and a ground-stacked exhibition booth the next.
